Refund after a return
If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card originally charged.
Please note : If your credit card has expired, your bank details cannot be refunded.

Refund in case of cancellation
Of course, you don't have to pay for items that have been canceled. We won't charge your credit card until your items have been shipped.
Security when paying by credit card
Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL process.
With this high security standard, shopping at ROGGE by credit card is safe.
3DS authentication is used when completing the order.
The authentication guarantees the particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the Internet using special encryption methods.
For that you do not need any additional software. Both already registered and not yet registered customers are automatically forwarded to their bank's website via payment processing. To complete the order, please follow the steps given there.

If you choose payment via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

Are you new to PayPal?
Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
The incoming payment is usually booked within a few minutes and your order is processed immediately.

Refund after a return
If you send an item back, the credit will be automatically credited to the PayPal account you are using.

When will my credit card be charged?
The items are reserved with the payment process. Your credit card will only be charged for the total amount of the items delivered when the products are shipped.
Do I get a confirmation of receipt of payment?
If the payment method is PayPal, credit card or instant transfer, the order will only be completed by a successful payment process. Therefore, the payment confirmation appears directly in the browser window for these three payment methods.
If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, you will receive a confirmation by email after the payment has been received.
When do I get my invoice?
You will receive an invoice by email immediately after your order has been completely shipped.
