What are the shipping costs?
Free delivery on all online orders.
Pallet shipments and international shipments are excluded from the offer.
Delivery time?
Shipping after receipt of payment within 1 working day (Mon-Fri)
All orders that we receive by 1 p.m. will be handed over to the shipping service provider on the same working day.
- Shipping time within Germany, depending on the region, can take up to 1-3 working days
- Shipping time outside Germany, depending on the region, can take up to 4-7 working days
How can I track my order?
When you receive the shipping confirmation, you will receive the tracking number by email at the same time.
This gives you the opportunity to track your order or, if you wish, to change a different storage location / address or to contact the parcel service provider

We ship our products with DHL - DPD - UPS
How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?
If you want to check whether your order has been correctly placed, you can see this in the order confirmation sent by us by email. You can also find your orders in your customer account under the heading »Orders«.

Refund policy?
If you do not like the goods, you have the option of sending your order back to us 14 days after the date of purchase. Return transport costs of a purchase value up to 40 € are borne by the buyer. Only complete, in original condition.
Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?
Your order can also be delivered to an address that differs from your billing address, e.g. to your workplace or a parcel shop. Simply select the payment methods PayPal, direct debit, credit card or instant transfer and enter the desired delivery address under the heading »Delivery address«.

30 days right of return - from 01/21
